Hi AllenHeinberg. This tool is designed to *create* complete virtual machines that contain VS/TFS etc. I intend to use this for creating machines to run demos and training session with. The VM Prep Tool you refer to is for adding the necessary agents to virtual machines you wish to add inside Lab Management environments. I hope this clarifies things for you.

It's nice to see the how to presentation. It answered many of my questions. I'd like to see the trail task sequences be made available on codeplex....I'm not on corpnet whatever that is. Also I'm a bit unclear as to how the VM Factory differs from the VM Prep Tool over here: http://code.msdn.microsoft.com/vslabmgmt. When should I use one...when should I use the other? Also MOSS 2010 is a must!
